Christiane Achatzi

A native of Hamburg, Christiane worked several years as international fashion model. She studied  Art and Costume Design at the Academy of Arts in Hamburg. Right after her studies she was responsible for the designs of a German fashion company in Calcutta and Bombay.

Since 1985 traveling between Germany and Greece, where she works in the field of architectural and artistic design. She reconstructed and designed various Cycladic houses, such as the listed and protected village of Berdemiaros on the island of Tinos. 

In 2003 she started to work as stage and costume designer  at the Landestheater Innsbruck followed by works for the Theater Chemnitz, Vienna State Opera, Finnish National Opera, Slovak National Ballet, Les Ballets de Monte Carlo, the German Youth Ballet of John Neumeier and others. In 2018, she created stage and costume designs for the Grand Théâtre de Genève and Ballett am Rhein .

Today Christiane is living in Tinos and reconstructs old houses. Together with the architect Hans Peter Achatzi she is preparing the designs for five stone houses on Skepano Hill.

In Hans-Peters professional life in Germany as an architect with his own office in Berlin and as a professor at the TH Cologne, the focus of his work is on project development for public and private clients such as adidas Group, BMW AG, EMBW AG, the state of Hessen, the state of Berlin and the federal government.

In 2018 he travelled to the Island of Tinos with his wife Christiane. They discovered the Skepano Hill over the City of Tinos and started planning „The project“. His knowledge and experience as an architect is complemented by his wife’s competence in development and implementation of construction projects on Tinos. 

Together they offer a wide range for the realization of projects on Skepano Hill.

Today Hans-Peter is for working as a consultant for project development and is traveling between Germany and Tinos.

Pauline Felicitas Krekeler

Pauline studied Law at the Humboldt University of Berlin. She is holding a Bachelor of Law and specializes in immaterial law and copyright law.
By working for various projects in the art spectrum, she got a broad knowledge of art related topics, organization and management. 

She engages herself in the theater community in Berlin for collective working structures and political art as well as she is committed to the Choir of Europe Berlin, which carries out ambitious choir projects throughout Europe.

She is responsible for the management of the artist house and the gallery.

Maximilian Emanuel Boehme

Maximilian grew up on the cycladic island of Tinos. He lives and works in Berlin and Greece as a photographer and designer. 

He approaches art from different perspectives. As an artist he has been involved in political theater for years, through his studies he approached the various areas of the artistic spectrum through film studies and linguistics. As a photographer as well as in architecture, he seeks to capture the Cycladic nature and traditional design, which was omnipresent in his youth. 

At the artist house he was responsible for reconstruction and site supervision.
