This house lies nestled into the mountain on the southern flank of the Skepano hill, offering a wide view over the Aegean islands.
The three connected Cubical structures forming the houses main body constitute a large living space surrounded by cooking and sleeping areas, all open to a large south facing Terrace lined by a long pool and overshadowed by a central pergola.
A fourth cube containing a guest room and the workspace stands separated from the main house connected to it only by a pergola.
The design and technical plans have been approved and the house is under construction.
This house has already found its owners and will be the first to be built.
